Job summary

Dagali Fjellpark in Norway seeks an Operations Manager to lead the mountain outdoor base year-round. You will supervise a seasonal team (summer ~15, winter ~5), handle reception, bookings, and maintenance, and coordinate with Finance and Marketing to run activities smoothly.

Starting September 2026, on-site work in Dagali. We offer long-term cooperation, free accommodation during the first season, assistance with tax ID, free rental of winter gear, and free participation in activities.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in outdoor or tourism settings.
• Excellent communication in English and assertive leadership.
• Willingness to live in Dagali year-round.
