CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a Van Mobile M&E Engineer for commercial buildings in London. The role involves carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on a London contract, with a salary of £48,000 plus package. You will perform fault analysis and plant adjustments, maintain log books, and ensure H&S compliance on site.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule 08:00–17:00, with lots of overtime and company benefits such as a van, fuel card, tablet, work phone and uniform.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance within SLAs.
• Fault finding and plant adjustments, inspect electrical services.

• Report service issues to site management and client.
• Ensure health and safety compliance.

Van Mobile M&E Engineer – FM Service Provider - Commercial Buildings – London – £48,000 + Package

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Van mobile maintenance engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance on a commercial contract with key sites in London.

The successful candidate will have an understanding of facilities maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This position would be ideal for a Mobile Engineer currently in a similar position. In return, the company are offering a salary of up to £46,000 with a potential route into further career progression.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct PPM and planned maintenance, response, and fault analysis within service level agreements.
• Carry out fault finding and plant adjustments, check and inspect electrical services, plant, and systems, and complete maintenance tasks in accordance with contract specification
• Maintain and update Log books
• Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner.
• Be proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them.
• Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported/escalated as required.
• Maintain informal communications with Client staff members related to service levels and issues.
• Report service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client.
• Be fully aware of relevant Health and Safety and general legislative matters.
