Mission-Critical MEP Lead — Data Center Infra

Job summary

Linnk Group seeks an experienced MEP Lead for a major mission-critical infrastructure project in Vestland, Norway. You will oversee the coordinated delivery of mechanical, electrical, controls, fire protection and public health systems across multiple project phases.

You will ensure safety, compliance and alignment with programme, quality, reliability and operational requirements while coordinating with design, construction, commercial, planning and operations teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Degree or recognised technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
• Significant experience leading multidisciplinary MEP delivery on complex projects.
• Experience in data centres, mission-critical facilities, or high-availability environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of full project lifecycle: design, construction, commissioning and handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordinated delivery of mechanical, electrical, controls, fire protection and public health systems.
• Ensure MEP activities comply with Norwegian regulations, permits, codes and standards.
• Coordinate interfaces between MEP and civil, structural, architectural, utility and ICT packages.
• Lead design coordination, constructability reviews and design risk assessments.
• Ensure design information is mature before release for construction.
• Manage MEP construction priorities, sequencing, access, and temporary systems.
• Coordinate energy systems energisation, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Provide input into the integrated project programme, recovery plans and milestones.
• Review changes and assess impact on scope, cost, schedule, quality and operability.
• Maintain inspection, testing, records, non-conformances and completion documentation.
