Job summary

Höegh Evi in Oslo is seeking a Performance Analyst to join the Maintenance and Performance Optimization team. You will monitor and analyze fleet performance (FSRUs and LNGCs) and turn data into actionable insights to improve efficiency, reliability and environmental performance.

You will work closely with vessel crews, technical, operational and digitalization teams to identify improvements and drive standard reporting processes across the fleet.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Maritime or a related field.
• Approximately two years of experience in a similar position or related field.
• Experience from shipping, vessel operations, liquefied gas or energy infrastructure is an advantage.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up performance data across the fleet, identifying deviations, trends and improvement opportunities.
• Work with vessels and shore-based personnel to troubleshoot operational, reporting and performance-related challenges.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reporting quality and operational performance, and help translate these into operational best practices across the fleet.
• Develop, improve and maintain performance KPIs and calculation models for operational and environmental data.
• Turn data into useful dashboards, reports and visualizations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Help ensure the quality of operational and environmental data and coordinate timely corrections where needed.
• Support the standardization and continuous improvement of reporting processes and methodologies.
• Contribute to improvement projects involving performance, automation, digitalization and data management.
• Build knowledge of relevant environmental rules and regulations and act as a focal point, helping coordinate their interpretation and reporting requirements with internal stakeholders.
