Job summary

Shearwater GeoServices Norway AS is seeking a Marine Project Controller to join our Finance team. You will own financial control and reporting for marine projects and vessels, collaborating with Operations Managers to translate activity into meaningful financial insights.

You will support month-end close, accruals, forecasting and budgeting, and assist in billing and cash collection to strengthen working capital management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics or related discipline.
• 2-3 years in project controlling, project accounting, management accounting, FP&A or operational finance.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own financial control and reporting for marine projects and vessels.
• Coordinate month-end close, accruals and variances; ensure accurate financials.
• Support customer billing, cash collection and working capital management.
