Job summary

Shearwater GeoServices Norway AS is seeking a Finance Business Partner to lead FP&A for Multi-Client seismic data investments. You will evaluate financials, build robust models and drive performance analysis across projects and portfolios.

You will partner with commercial, operations and finance teams, ensuring accurate forecasts, timely invoicing and value creation through proactive financial insights and action-oriented reporting.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, Project Controlling or similar experience.
• Experience in a project-based industry.
• Solid financial modelling, planning and forecasting skills.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial evaluations, project modelling and performance analysis for Multi-Client seismic data investments.
• Own end-to-end financial evaluations and business models for new opportunities and portfolio performance.
• Coordinate forecasting, invoicing and working-capital management to support timely cash generation.
