Job summary

Head Energy is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team. The role involves assembling and testing Vx meters and AW, developing test equipment, and ensuring strict adherence to HSE and quality standards during all procedures.

The position requires certified mechanical competency, crane and material handling certifications, and hands-on experience with rotating machinery and high-torque tools. Strong teamwork and precise documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Certified mechanic or equal level obtained by work experience and training.
• Crane certificate is required.
• Forklift / Cherry picker / OLF certified or documented training is an advantage.
• Flange course certification is an advantage.
• Pressure testing course certification is an advantage.
• Experience and knowledge of rotating machinery (assembly and testing).
• Experience and knowledge of swivel systems (assembly and testing).
• Experience and knowledge of pressure and leak testing.
• Experience and knowledge in the use of high torque tools.
• Knowledge of static and rotating sealing systems.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test Vx Meters and AW.
• Assemble and develop test equipment.
• Report and follow up procedures, ensure steps are signed.
• Participate in HARC and toolbox activity as required.
• Maintain a high focus on HSE during tests and assembly, including high-pressure systems and rotating machinery.
• Establish and maintain a high focus on HSE, Quality, and ethics in line with company policy.
• Assemble mechanical components in accordance with procedures.

• Assembly and test of Vx Meters and AW.
• Assembly and technical developments of test equipment.
• Reporting and procedure follow up, make sure that each step in procedures are signed accordingly.
• Participate in HARC and toolbox activity as required.
• Maintain a clear focus on HSE throughout tests and assembly, in particular high-pressure systems, and rotating machinery.
• Establish and maintain a high focus on HSE and Quality in line with company policy in all areas of operation.
• Establish and maintain a high focus on ethics in line with company policy.
• Assembly of mechanical components in hence with procedures.
