Job summary

In Head Energy seeks an Industrirørlegger to perform day-to-day work, including pressure testing and assembly of tubing and small-bore piping, while ensuring quality and compliance with HSE policies.

The role requires strong teamwork and communication skills, with a practical, solution-minded approach and attention to documentation. English and Norwegian language skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Technical understanding of hydraulic systems.
• Experience with fabrication and testing of tubing and small-bore piping.
• Experience flushing hydraulic systems to industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform day-to-day work within own area of responsibility.
• Perform pressure testing of components/assembly for tubing/piping.

Job Description

• Plan and perform day to day work within one’s own area of responsibility.
• Perform pressure testing of components/assembly related to tube/piping.
• Function and fit testing including completion of control documentation.
• Check and sign off; electronic work instructions (EWI), assembly/test procedures and other relevant documentation regarding fabrication/assembly and testing.
• Contribute to all tools and equipment within the area is kept in good order, always maintained and ready for use.
• Conform to all company quality requirements and complete quality documents.
• Follow Company NCR procedures.
• Maintain a clear focus on HSE throughout all work
• Adhere to Company code of conduct and Blueprint.
• Establish and maintain a high focus on HSE and Quality in line with company policy in all areas of operation.
• Establish and maintain a high focus on ethics in line with company policy.

Qualifications

• Certificate of apprenticeship or equal level obtained by documented work experience and training.
• Experience in fabrication/testing/assembly of tubing and small-bore piping.
• Experience in flushing of hydraulic systems in accordance with industry standards.
