Shape AS in Skodje seeks an experienced CNC Programmer to join our five-person team. You will develop and refine CNC programs using NX CAM, and influence production on the shop floor.

You will tackle automation opportunities and push for efficiency and accuracy in demanding industrial and defence projects. We value independence, clear communication, and a hands-on mindset, with strong CAD understanding and problem-solving instincts.

Qualifications

• Experience as a CNC programmer using CAM (3+ years)
• Strong understanding of CAD and machining principles
• Comfortable working independently, at pace, and meeting tight deadlines
• Good problem-solving instincts and interest in technical challenges
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine CNC programs using NX CAM
• Optimize production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
