Job summary

Office Angels seeks a fully qualified Management Accountant to turn financial data into strategic insight. You will lead month-end reporting, budgeting and KPI analysis within a collaborative finance team, partner with senior stakeholders and drive business performance.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
• Proven management accounting experience in a commercial environment.
• Strong month-end, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the month-end reporting process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial information.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, KPI reporting, and performance analysis for senior stakeholders.
• Deliver detailed variance analysis against budgets and forecasts, identifying trends and opportunities.
• Support budget holders with financial planning, cost control, and overhead management.
• Produce financial insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Maintain robust financial controls and assist with regulatory reporting requirements.
• Drive continuous improvements within reporting processes and finance procedures.
• Support ad hoc projects and wider business initiatives.
• Assist with mentoring and coaching junior finance team members where required.
