Job summary

Norwegian is seeking a proactive Maintenance Production Manager to organize and oversee maintenance operations at locations in Scandinavia. You will lead a team of 300+ aircraft mechanics and licensed engineers, ensuring safe, reliable aircraft availability and cost control.

You’ll report to the Maintenance Director, drive KPI performance, budgeting, and continuous improvement, and collaborate with other departments and external suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in administration or management, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to delegate and oversee multiple projects efficiently.
• Technical know-how and analytical capability; experience with cost and systems.

Responsibilities

• Staff liability for the Production department, defining and following up on goals.
• Maintain close working relationship with other departments and external suppliers.
• Provide continuous support, product and process knowledge to the business as required.
• Develop KPIs, management reports and monitor progress against objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement with other departments.
• Contribute to financial reporting and budget follow-up.
• Oversee daily production coordination of maintenance activities.
• Ensure aircraft maintenance is completed and documented per procedures.
