Job summary

Cargill/EWOS in Florø, Norway, seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance strategy and team at the plant, delivering safe, reliable, and cost-efficient operations. Joining a World Class Maintenance program, you will champion asset integrity, continuous improvement and best practices, collaborating with production, engineering, EHS, and contractors to maximize uptime and performance.

Qualifications

4+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or process industry.
Experience with maintenance programs, RCA, and SAP/CMMS.
Experience collaborating with contractors and external service providers.
Strong English communication; Norwegian language skills are an advantage.
Ability to lead a maintenance team and drive World Class Maintenance initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead and continuously improve the site maintenance strategy using WCM.
Ensure safe, reliable operation of critical assets and develop equipment strategies.
Drive maintenance performance via KPIs, RCA, and continuous improvement.
Lead maintenance planning, scheduling, and contractor management.
Partner with stakeholders to manage budgets and asset reliability.
Perform other duties as assigned.
