BW LPG, based in Oslo, Norway, seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of maintenance practices across our LPG fleet. This is an opportunity to shape maintenance strategy and system performance with strong technical depth.

Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will oversee MMS/PMS, governance and data quality while coordinating with vessel and shore teams and external consultants to ensure reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Marine engineering experience at Second Engineer or Chief Engineer level, or equivalent MMS/PMS expertise.
• Strong understanding of MMS/PMS content, application functionality, maintenance databases, and data governance.
• Understanding of master data structures, asset hierarchies, and equipment registers.
• Strong English skills, both spoken and written.

Responsabilités

• Maintenance Strategy and Governance: lead the maintenance strategy, governance and performance across the LPG fleet.
• MMS/PMS Ownership and Optimization: own and optimize MMS/PMS, guiding users and improving maintenance, inventory and system upgrades.
• Data Quality and Reliability: ensure reliable maintenance and inventory data through standardized master data and governance.
• Operational Support and Stakeholder Management: support vessel and shore teams and coordinate with external consultants and service providers.
