Job summary

Elkem ASA is seeking a Microsoft 365 expert to lead the Collaboration subject within the Modern Workspace team. You will drive the Microsoft 365 collaboration platform including SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform, with focus on governance and security.

The role also involves defining roadmaps, advising stakeholders on new M365 capabilities, and leading adoption and training to improve the employee digital workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years with SharePoint Online and M365 in enterprise environments.
• Solid experience with IT support management, ideally in a global company.
• Understanding of UX and EX requirements.
• Fluent in English and Scandinavian languages.

Responsibilities

• Lead collaboration initiatives across Elkem's Microsoft 365 platform.
• Develop governance, security, and best practices for collaboration services.
• Define roadmaps and advise stakeholders on new M365 capabilities.
• Lead adoption, training and user enablement to improve digital workplace.
• Coordinate priorities and ensure high-quality service delivery with partners.
