Storfjord Hotel, a Relais & Châteaux member, invites a passionate bartender to join our luxury team in Sunnmøre, Norway. You will craft cocktails, support our F&B operation, and contribute to a guest-first dining experience in a 100% permanent role.

Expect to work with a dedicated team across lounges, restaurant, and events, focusing on quality, creativity, and seasonal beverages while delivering warm hospitality to guests from around the world.

Qualificações

• Previous bartending experience, preferably in luxury hospitality or boutique hotels.
• Solid knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits and bar techniques.
• Enjoys creating alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with care and creativity.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and welcoming guests.
• Fluent in English; Scandinavian language a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks to a high standard.
• Provide warm, attentive, personalised service in lounges, restaurant and guest areas.
• Recommend drinks with confidence based on guest tastes and preferences.
• Contribute ideas for seasonal cocktails and drinks menu development.
• Maintain the bar before, during, and after service; monitor stock and minimise waste.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and responsible alcohol service.
• Work closely with restaurant, kitchen, reception and other hotel departments.
• Support restaurant service, private events and guest experiences when required.
