Job summary

Villa Nord in Trondheim is seeking experienced beverage professionals to join a rotating team across café, bistrot and bar. Detailed training will be provided in our facilities, with opportunities to learn from specialists and grow within the company.

Applicants should have 5+ years in quality coffee or cocktail environments, a craftsman mindset, and a strong hospitality drive. English skills are essential, Norwegian is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years behind a quality-focused coffee bar or cocktail bar.
• Craft you can explain, not only execute.
• Hospitality-oriented people with exceptional character — hospitality first, ego last.
• Genuine curiosity to learn the other discipline.
• Flexibility for rotating shifts across all three departments.
• English, both oral and written — Norwegian is a huge plus.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across café, bistrot and bar to gain full house experience.
• Represent and maintain high standards across all beverage stations.
• Collaborate with suppliers and team to learn the beverage programme.
