Job summary

Prada is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver an extraordinary luxury customer experience in-store and on the ecommerce channel. You will place the client at the center, build lasting relationships, and promote Prada's brand philosophy while achieving individual and team sales targets.

The role requires strong knowledge of luxury service, the ability to work both independently and in a team, and excellent communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• Similar experience within a luxury or premium brand.
• Understanding of luxury customer service.
• Experience in building a long-lasting relationship with clients.
• Being able to work in a team as well as alone.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Place the Customer at the center, providing excellent service per the client journey ceremony.
• Be driven to exceed individual sales targets and maximize own sales performances contributing to the store's success.
• Exceed KPI goals, ensuring high quality sales and customer service.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Prada products, history, culture and DNA.
• Capture customer data into the CRM and develop relationships for future opportunities.
• Promote Omni Channel mindset.
• Maintain knowledge of luxury fashion trends and competitors to advise customers.
• Take ownership of resolving client complaints with manager help.
• Operate with care and respect for products.
• Utilize digital tools to offer integrated luxury experience.
• Host and conduct customer appointments in person or via virtual meetings.
• Work with Back of House and manage stock room.
• Follow company procedures on operations, stock, security, cash, inventory, and reporting.
• Work as a team, fostering open communication and supporting diversity and inclusion.
