Job summary

Polène, the French luxury leather goods brand, invites experienced store professionals to join our London flagship on a fixed-term contract from September to December. You will be part of a passionate team delivering exceptional customer experiences to an international clientele.

This role requires at least 2 years in luxury retail, a keen eye for craftsmanship, and the ability to work 40 hours per week including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in luxury retail with international clientele.
• Experience delivering premium customer experiences.
• Able to work 40 hours per week including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Create the Polène Experience: actively engage visitors to welcome, value, and encourage return.
• Advise customers throughout their purchase journey with high-quality service.
• Provide personalized customer experiences by addressing needs and reflecting Polène's image.
• Promote additional sales and inform customers about services during and after purchases.
• Handle opening/closing of registers and cash transactions.
• Develop CRM follow-up and contribute to daily boutique reporting.
• Maintain boutique upkeep, merchandising, and stock organization.
• Prepare the boutique before opening and close with reports and security checks.
