Job summary

Krush Tech in Oslo, Norway is seeking a Logistics Specialist to coordinate and support logistics for manufacturing activities. You will ensure materials, components, equipment and finished goods move efficiently and on time between suppliers, warehouses, production sites and customers.

You will work closely with Production, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Procurement and international logistics teams, plus carriers and customs partners, taking ownership of processes and improving transportation costs,

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of relevant experience in logistics.
• Experience from a manufacturing, production or industrial environment is an advantage.
• Practical experience coordinating inbound and outbound shipments.
• Experience working with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers and suppliers.
• Good understanding of international transportation and customs processes.
• Good knowledge of Incoterms.
• Experience with logistics documentation such as invoices and packing lists.
• Experience using ERP, WMS or other logistics systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations in Norway.
• Plan and coordinate deliveries of raw materials, components, equipment and other goods for production.
• Coordinate shipments of finished products and materials to customers and other locations.
• Plan transportation, delivery schedules and shipment requirements.
• Source and coordinate carriers, freight forwarders and other logistics providers.
• Negotiate transportation costs, terms and delivery schedules where relevant.
• Monitor shipments from booking to delivery and follow up on delays or issues.
• Maintain invoices, packing lists and shipping documents.
