Job summary

Krush Tech in the Oslo area is seeking a versatile Electronics and Production Technician to join our team. This role covers production, testing, quality control, rework, and finalization, with thorough on-the-job training.

You will work with components, materials and equipment, perform inspections, document traceability, and follow safety and quality procedures. Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, two shifts, temporary until 31 December 2026 with potential extension.

Qualifications

• We enjoy varied tasks and take responsibility for the quality of our work.
• You enjoy working with your hands and have good fine motor skills.
• Experience from production, industry, assembly, workshop, mechanics, electronics or similar is an advantage.
• An eye for detail and accuracy in work.
• Good communication in Norwegian and/or English; Ukrainian is an advantage but not required.
• Comfortable switching between different tasks in production.

Responsibilities

• Work with components, materials, tools and production equipment.
• Carry out testing and inspection of products.
• Identify and handle deviations and practical challenges.
• Perform rework and necessary adjustments.
• Document relevant information and ensure traceability.
• Follow work instructions, procedures, and HSE, quality and safety requirements.
