Job summary

Qualifications
- 3+ years of SAP/OTM experience.
- Detail oriented, organized, and committed to quality.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
- Monitor SAP/OTM loads and ensure visibility in systems.
- Validate OTM shipments to EWM and escalate as needed.
- Prepare pre-cuts for Customer Service.
- Research daily open orders and loads on report.
- Respond to expedite requests.
- Follow up on returns and missing RAs.
- Review detention reports for disputed charges.
- Monitor past-due inbound finished goods POs.
- Develop and sustain standard work procedures.
- Share best practices across platform.
- Perform audits.
- Research inventory discrepancies.
- Adhere to GMP and safety guidelines.
- All other tasks as assigned.
