Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with tanker endorsement helpful but not required.
• Current DOT Medical Card.
• Minimum 2 years of proven Class A tanker driving experience.
• Clean driving record with no serious tickets or accidents in 5 years.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards for material transport.
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds and bend, lift, climb.
• Good time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tanker truck transporting cement to SRM sites.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Complete logbooks and delivery paperwork per DOT and company policy.
• Coordinate with dispatch for delivery instructions.
• Ensure secure loading/unloading; prevent spills.
• Follow routes, schedules, safety procedures.
• Provide professional customer service at delivery sites.
• Report vehicle defects or incidents promptly.
• Stay updated on safety regulations and SRM policies.
