Job summary

SRM Concrete (Smyrna Ready Mix) is seeking Mixer Operators to deliver ready-mix concrete to commercial and residential sites. You’ll be the on-site face of SRM, ensuring on-time deliveries with professionalism and exceptional customer service.

Active Class A or B CDL and a current DOT Medical Card are required. You’ll perform pre- and post-trip inspections, maintain records, and may assist with plant or yard duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or Class B CDL with current DOT Medical Card.
• Safe driving record and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
