Job summary

SRM Concrete (Smyrna Ready Mix) is seeking a Mixer Operator (CDL required) to deliver ready mix and serve customers on-site. You will drive a concrete mixer truck, load and inspect concrete, and ensure on-time, safe deliveries while representing SRM with professionalism.

Applicants should have an active CDL (A or B) and a strong safety record; you’ll work with dispatch to optimize routes and may perform light plant/y yard duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Active CDL (Class A or B) with current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Strong customer service orientation and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck to deliver ready mix to job sites.
• Load, mix, inspect concrete to meet specs and quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent SRM professionally.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols.
• Maintain delivery and vehicle records and coordinate with dispatch.
