Zusammenfassung

Norse Atlantic Airways is seeking an Engine Technical Records Specialist to ensure integrity, accuracy, and regulatory compliance of engine records across the lifecycle. You will support inductions, leases, shop visits and returns, maintaining traceability and asset value.

You will collaborate with MROs and internal stakeholders, prepare reports, and administer records retention within AMOS. The role requires attention to detail, English communication, and a university degree.

Qualifikationen

• Good understanding of aircraft engine maintenance documentation and related aviation regulation requirements.
• Proficiency in AMOS.
• A relevant university degree or other higher education.
• Strong digital skills including use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to analyze technical documentation, maintenance records, and regulatory data with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Aufgaben

• Support engine inductions, acquisitions, leases, transfers, and returns, ensuring contractual and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and compliant engine technical records throughout the engine lifecycle.
• Coordinate technical records activities associated with engine shop visits and maintenance events, working closely with MRO providers and internal stakeholders.
• Review, validate, and reconcile engine records, identifying and resolving discrepancies, traceability issues, and documentation gaps.
• Develop and maintain back-to-birth traceability records for engines, modules, LLPs, and components.
• Verify maintenance, certification, and component history records to support continued airworthiness and asset value preservation.
• Administer records retention, document control, and version management processes within AMOS and related systems.
• Support regulatory, lessor, and internal audits through timely provision of records and compliance evidence.
• Prepare technical records reports, analyses, and presentations for management and operational stakeholders.
