You will be part of a growth-focused consultancy practice, helping enterprises translate emissions data into actionable roadmaps and measurable reductions.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in sustainability work, emission calculation, and reporting.
• Experience with ESG frameworks like TNFD, CSRD, CDP, and SBTi.
• Relevant education within business, strategy, or engineering.
• Credibility in front of C-level clients.
• Interest in how software and technology support the climate transition.

Responsibilities

• Join our forward-deployed climate engineering practice embedding with large clients to translate data into decisions, roadmaps, and measurable reductions.
• Work with ESG laws, standards, and frameworks such as TNFD, CSRD, climate calculations, climate risk analyses, CDP alignment and SBTi.
• Collaborate with ESG consultants and tech-leads in an open, forward-thinking culture.
• Utilize our AI-charged platform to help clients reduce emissions and create business value.

What you´ll do

You'll join our forward-deployed climate engineering practice, a team of highly skilled consultants that embed directly with our largest clients to translate data into decisions, roadmaps, and measurable reductions.

You will work with laws, standards, and frameworks within ESG reporting, such as TNFD, CSRD, climate calculations, climate risk analyses, CDP alignment and SBTi.

You´ll collaborate with fellow ESG consultants and tech-leads in a culture defined by openness and forward-thinking drive.

You´ll utilize our AI-charged platform to help clients reduce emission and create business value.

Who you are

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sustainability work, with particular emphasis on emission calculation and reporting, climate strategy and target setting and environmental risks.

You have a deep interest in how software and technology can support the transition.

You have genuine credibility in front of C-level clients

You are a solution-oriented and proactive advisor who enjoys creating value at the intersection of strategy, analysis, and business.

You are energized by ambiguity, speed, and the possibility of joining something category-defining.

You have relevant education within business, strategy or engineering.
