Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytical roles with strong data analysis skills.
• Expert in SQL with the ability to transform large, complex datasets.
• Experience building automated data pipelines with tools like DBT/Airflow.
• Experience running A/B tests and analysing results to drive product decisions.
• Ability to own projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and ability to craft dashboards that tell a data story.

Responsibilities

• Derive actionable insights from data to drive the team's strategy and inform product decisions.
• Establish clear goals, define measurable KPIs, and develop narratives for progress.
• Identify and evaluate high impact opportunities and advocate for improvements.
• Ensure fast, high-quality analysis and robust A/B testing insights.
• Build automated data pipelines and dashboards for data self-serve.
• Take ownership of cross-team projects, incl. pricing models and risk controls.
