Job summary

KONGSBERG Seatex division in Trondheim is seeking a Lead Engineer to elevate DevOps and Test Infrastructure, enabling reliable builds, automated testing, and scalable environments across Seatex products. You will drive development of our DevOps toolchain, collaborate with IT and DevOps colleagues, and support SW developers on testing challenges, aiming for robust infrastructure and AI-assisted problem solving.

This role emphasizes ownership and collaboration in a large international company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience
• Proven experience with DevOps and testing
• Experience working with embedded SW and Linux

Lead Engineer, DevOps and Test Infrastructure

We are looking for the right person to take our DevOps and Test Infrastructure to the next level. This position is a perfect opportunity if you want to be(come) an expert, investigate options, decide on solutions, and implement them. All while relying on expert colleagues across KONGSBERG for discussion and support.

The position is part of the SW Architects group, which is responsible for all SW activities common across Seatex products and projects.

• Support SW developers on DevOps and testing challenges, and promote effective use of our SW infrastructure

What we’re looking for
