SERVPRO Franchise in Eugene / Springfield is seeking an Area Content Manager to lead the Content Pack Out, Cleaning, and Textile Cleaning division. You will oversee pack-out teams, project scheduling, and work with the Customer Communication Manager to align scope with customers and insurers, while controlling costs for profitability.

This leadership role focuses on operational excellence, client satisfaction, and team development within a restoration services context.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; restoration certifications are a plus.
• 4–6 years in content restoration, textile cleaning, or similar field.
• Strong leadership and field-based team management experience.
• Proven scheduling, logistics, and coordination capabilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation ability.
• Proficient with inventory tracking and estimating technology platforms.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment, restoration techniques and best practices.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Preferred: ICAT Inventory System and Xactimate estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage content and textile restoration technicians, including pack-out teams.
• Coordinate and manage scheduling of content-related projects across the territory.
• Collaborate with the Customer Communication Manager to align scope with customers and adjusters.
• Oversee pack-outs, move-backs, and storage logistics for secure handling.
• Maintain communication with insurance adjusters and stakeholders to win and retain projects.
• Ensure accurate estimating, billing, and collections for content projects.
• Conduct quality control and final inspections to meet client expectations.
• Monitor and control project costs, including labor and materials, to maintain profitability.
• Supervise on-site inventories and documentation for insurance/tracking purposes.
• Determine appropriate cleaning and restoration methods based on material/damage.
• Mentor team members and refine systems to grow the content operation.
