Job summary

KONGSBERG is seeking a Team Leader for the Composite Assembly department within the Ocean Technologies division in Horten. The role focuses on leading a skilled production team to deliver world-class hydroacoustic sensors with high precision, coordinating with other production teams, and ensuring resources and processes support on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate brings a trade certificate or higher education, experience with composite production, and proficiency with ERP systems and Excel.

Qualifications

• Trade certificate or relevant higher education
• Experience with production of composites
• Be comfortable with using ERP systems and Excel, and other standard office software
• Experience cooperating with other teams in complex productions

Responsibilities

• Plan and overlook the production team so that our deliveries are on-time
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure a good flow in the production
• Make sure all team members have what they need when they need it
• Handle quality and efficiency improvement tasks
