Job summary

Kongsberg Discovery is seeking a Team Leader for the Composite Assembly department in the Ocean Technologies division. You will plan and oversee a skilled team, ensuring on-time deliveries, and coordinate with other teams to maintain a smooth production flow.

The role requires a trade certificate or higher education, experience with composites production, and proficiency with ERP systems and Excel. Strong Norwegian and English language skills are essential.

• Experience with production of composites.
• Be comfortable with using ERP systems and Excel, and other standard office software.
• Experience cooperating with other teams in complex productions.
• Strong Norwegian and English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth flow in production.
• Ensure all team members have what they need when they need it.
