Job summary

The role leads the BA function, sets strategic direction, and ensures delivery aligns with user needs and business goals. You will collaborate with policy and programme teams to drive inclusive, user-centric solutions.

The role is based at City Hall and involves hybrid working, leading a team across complex projects and guiding UCD practices to deliver measurable impact for Londoners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a business analysis function or discipline in a complex organisation.
• Experience leading, mentoring and coaching a team with quality and consistency.
• Significant experience in business process improvement and requirements management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the DEU’s Business Analysis team and set direction for BA within the GLA.
• Oversee business analysis activities on projects and ensure solutions meet business and user needs.
• Guide the team in applying UCD principles throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work with stakeholders across City Hall to scope new features and processes.
