Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HRM, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 2–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Talent Development, HR, or related roles.
- Strong English reading and fluent communication (IELTS 7.0+ equivalent).
- Experience with competency/capability frameworks, career paths, and IDPs.
Responsibilities
- Talent development & performance: assess and plan for development with clear goals and milestones.
- Coordinate talent development programs and track outcomes with stakeholders.
- Develop L&D strategy aligned with company direction and team needs.
- Maintain learning records, reports, and development plans for employees.
