The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, at least five years of project management experience, and strong knowledge of building codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural project management.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural software.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and budgets in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and other professionals to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments to ensure timely completion.
• Review architectural drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control.
• Manage project budgets and expenses to stay within budget constraints.
• Prepare progress reports for clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on projects.
