EliteService Staffing in Svalbard, Norway is seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to oversee all aspects of our construction projects. The role requires leadership, attention to detail and the ability to communicate with teams, contractors and clients.

You will plan from planning to completion, develop timelines, monitor progress, manage budgets, ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations, and drive projects to on-time delivery in a challenging Arctic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Project or Primavera P6.

City Svalbard Norway We are hiring a highly experienced and skilled Construction Manager to oversee all aspects of our construction projects in Svalbard Norway The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and a proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget As the Construction Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process from planning to completion This role requires excellent leadership skills attention to detail and the ability to effectively communicate with team members contractors and clients

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish
• Develop project timelines and schedules
• Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time
• Oversee budget management and cost control measures
• Collaborate with architects engineers contractors and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with building codes safety regulations and other legal requirements
• Manage project risks and make necessary adjustments as needed
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders in a timely manner
• Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the construction process

Requirements
