Qualifications

• Experience in Project Coordinator, Junior Project Manager or PMO role.

• Able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ERP, HCM or CRM systems is advantageous.

• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports and governance documentation.

• Support budget, resource and supplier management where required.
• Identify risks, issues and dependencies and accelerate appropriately.
• Provide clear progress updates to senior stakeholders and project sponsors.

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join an established organisation and support the delivery of a varied portfolio of IT and business change projects.

You?ll manage multiple workstreams at different stages of delivery, working with internal stakeholders, technical teams and third-party suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage several concurrent IT project workstreams, ensuring actions, milestones and dependencies remain on track.
• Coordinate projects such as CRM upgrades, ERP optimisation, HCM stabilisation and wider systems improvements.
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports and governance documentation.
• Organise project meetings, track actions and follow up with stakeholders and delivery teams.

Experience Required

• Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage several priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Good understanding of standard project management processes, governance and reporting.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as ERP, HCM or CRM systems would be advantageous.
