Job summary

Quantum in London is seeking a Junior Product Designer to join our Digital Experience team. You will turn conversion ideas into testable designs for landing pages, offer pages, and comparison journeys, helping us learn from results and build reusable patterns.

You’ll collaborate with CRO, creative and development teams, maintain our Figma design system, and support new brands in the experimentation programme. A strong portfolio and fluency in English are essential for success.

Qualifications

• A portfolio that shows how you design to drive action.
• Confident in Figma, including components and auto layout.
• Curious about conversion and testing to learn what wins.

Responsibilities

• Design test variants for landing pages, forms, offer pages and comparison journeys, from CRO hypothesis to developer-ready file.
• Work with CRO, creative and development teams to get experiments live quickly and read results.
• Build and maintain reusable components in our Figma design system so new tests and brands launch faster.
• Support the newly acquired rewards brands as they join the experimentation programme.
• Assist with qualitative research from usability sessions to inform hypotheses.
