Job summary

Catalyzed is a Rotterdam ecommerce agency hiring a UX Designer for remote work. You’ll design conversion-focused pages, from product pages to carts, using data to justify choices. You’ll collaborate with CRO experts and developers, delivering live tests and measurable results.

Work 100% remotely with flexible hours. You’ll build in Figma, maintain consistency with client design systems, and iterate quickly based on real user data across multiple Shopify/D2C brands.

Qualifications

• Proven UX experience in ecommerce focused on conversion and mobile-first design.
• Portfolio featuring Shopify or D2C work.
• Ability to justify design choices with data or user insights.
• Experience with CRO or A/B testing is a strong plus.
• Ability to work independently from brief to live release.

Responsibilities

• Design test variants for product pages, collections, carts and landing pages.
• Translate CRO findings into build-ready designs.
• Work in Figma within each client's design system, with a developer handover.
• Iterate quickly on feedback rounds; no lengthy PDFs.
• Turn winning designs into reusable patterns across clients.
