Job summary

Quantum in London is seeking a Junior Product Designer to join our Digital Experience team. You will turn conversion ideas into testable designs for landing pages, offer pages, and comparison journeys, helping us learn from results and build reusable patterns.

You’ll collaborate with CRO, creative and development teams, maintain our Figma design system, and support new brands in the experimentation programme. A strong portfolio and fluency in English are essential for success.

• Design test variants for landing pages, forms, offer pages and comparison journeys, from CRO hypothesis to developer-ready file.
• Work with CRO, creative and development teams to get experiments live quickly and read results.
• Build and maintain reusable components in our Figma design system so new tests and brands launch faster.
• Support the newly acquired rewards brands as they join the experimentation programme.
• Assist with qualitative research from usability sessions to inform hypotheses.

The Role

Our Digital Experience team is growing! We’re looking for a Junior Product Designer to join our team in London.

In this role you will turn conversion ideas into designs we can test. You'll design landing pages, offer pages, comparison tables and journeys for our experimentation programme, learn from every result and help build the patterns that let us test faster across more brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Design test variants for landing pages, forms, offer pages and comparison journeys, from CRO hypothesis to developer-ready file
• Work with CRO, creative and development teams to get experiments live quickly and read what the results tell us
• Build and maintain reusable components in our Figma design system so new tests and brands launch faster
• Support the newly acquired rewards brands as they join the experimentation programme
• Help with qualitative research, from usability sessions to reviewing recordings, to shape better hypotheses

About You

• A portfolio that shows how you design to get people to take action, from placements, freelance, a course or a first role
• Confident in Figma, including components and auto layout
• Curious about conversion: you want to know why one version wins and how to test it
• Able to take a brief and feedback and move quickly to a clean, considered design
• Experience in performance marketing, affiliate or lead generation is a bonus, not a requirement
• You thrive when working as part of a team
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Have excellent written and verbal English skills
• Last but not least, you'll have no ego!
