Job summary

The Educational Equality Institute is seeking a UX designer to shape the screens users see during sign-up, booking an hour, and returning for repeat sessions. The role spans multilingual, multi-device contexts (English, Ukrainian, Polish, Norwegian) ensuring clarity in every interaction.

You will test with real users on real devices, iterate on feedback, and deliver handover-ready designs to developers with precise specifications, maintaining consistency across all programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience designing digital products.
• Proficient in Figma or similar.
• Able to show a flow you changed because of what users did.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end sign-up, booking, the first session, coming back flows.
• Test them with real people on real phones, and iterate based on findings.
• Hand designs over to developers with clear specs so there’s no guessing.
• Keep screens consistent across programmes.
