Job summary

DOF is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join our HR team in Bergen, Norway. You will manage a broad scope of payroll tasks, follow up on social security memberships, and help improve routines and guidelines within a collaborative environment.

The role is a one-year temporary assignment with potential for extension. Strong English and Norwegian communication skills, offshore payroll experience, and familiarity with collective agreements are valued. Office location is Bergen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of professional experience in payroll and tax matters, preferably offshore
• System skills in Payroll (OCS HR, Unit4 UBW preferred)
• Experience working with collective agreements is preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Norwegian

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Business administration and/or economics. Experience can compensate for lack of formal education
• 3-5 years professional experience in payroll and tax matters, preferably in offshore related payroll
• System skilles in Payroll (OCS HR, Unit 4 UBW preferred)
• Experience working with collective agreements is preferred
• Enjoy working in a collaborative environment where we share our success
• You are analytical and structured
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, in English and Norwegian
• Ability to effectively prioritize and deliver within deadlines
