DOF is seeking a Labour Relations Specialist to lead collective bargaining across multiple jurisdictions and to advise leaders on labour relations matters. We are looking for an experienced Labour Relations Specialist to join our Marine & Asset Operations team, to play a key role in shaping and strengthening labour relations across our global operations. This is an opportunity to work in a highly collaborative environment, building trusted relationships with unions, employee representatives, operational leaders, and our seafarers, to support business continuity and positive workforce engagement.
In this role, you will lead labour relations initiatives, support collective bargaining, employee relations, workforce change programmes, and labour strategy development. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping our leaders navigate complex labour relations matters while fostering constructive partnerships that create positive outcomes for our people and our business.
