We are in need of an experienced IT Manager to join our team in Bergen This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$

As the IT Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the overall technology infrastructure and operations of our company You will also be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals and ensuring that all systems and processes are running smoothly

• Manage a team of IT professionals providing guidance training and support as needed

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend new solutions or upgrades to existing systems

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in an IT management role
• Proven track record in managing complex projects within budget and on schedule
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure security protocols and system administration
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical individuals
