Job summary

Metinor is seeking an Implementation & Customer Success Specialist in Trondheim to guide customers from system preparation through onboarding and long-term support. You will coordinate installation, customize setup guidance, and ensure customers get ongoing value from our IoT platform.

You will balance technical tasks with relationship-building, explaining complex tech in simple terms and driving customer satisfaction across Europe and the US.

Qualifications

• Experience working directly with customers
• Able to explain technology in simple, friendly terms
• Comfortable handling both technical tasks and relationship building
• Motivated by improving customer satisfaction and product adoption

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through system preparation, onboarding, and post-installation follow-up
• Host onboarding sessions and provide clear training for installation
• Assist with on-site installations when needed
• Create clear configuration documentation and setup guides
• Maintain long-term customer success through regular meetings and proactive support
