Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
  • 4+ years in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, financial communications, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation, and disclosure requirements.
  • Experience preparing investor presentations, earnings materials, stock exchange announcements, and other financial communications.
  • High integrity, discretion, and handling of market-sensitive information.

Join Elopak as Investor Relations Manager and take on a visible role at the intersection of finance, strategy, communication, and investor engagement. In this role, you will help strengthen our external credibility and communicate our long-term value proposition to investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders.

What you'll do
  • Investor & Analyst Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, corporate access teams, and other capital markets stakeholders. Act as a trusted point of contact for the investment community and manage investor and analyst enquiries in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner.
  • Financial Communication: Lead the preparation and coordination of quarterly reporting, earnings calls, investor presentations, press releases, and stock exchange announcements.
  • Capital Markets Activities: Plan and support investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and other capital market engagements together with the CEO and CFO.
  • Equity Story & Market Insights: Help shape Elopak's equity story and capital markets strategy by analyzing market trends, peer performance, consensus estimates, investor sentiment, and shareholder developments.
  • Business Insight & Performance Tracking: Translate financial, strategic and operational insight from across the company into clear, relevant investor communication.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with Finance, Legal, Compliance, Communications, and business regions to align input, coordinate deliverables, and ensure consistent market communication.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure professional handling of market-sensitive information and support compliance with stock exchange regulations, and financial reporting requirements.

The position is based at Elopak's corporate offices in Oslo, Norway, and reports to the Head of Treasury & Investor Relations.

You will work closely with senior leadership, including the CEO and CFO, as well as investors, analysts, and other capital markets stakeholders. Some travel, expected to be less than 20%, should be anticipated.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, financial communications, or a similar capital markets-related role
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation, capital markets, listed-company communication, and relevant disclosure requirements
  • Experience preparing investor presentations, earnings materials, stock exchange announcements, and other financial communications
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail, with a solid understanding of compliance and the handling of market-sensitive information
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Structured and proactive, with strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate several workstreams under time pressure
  • Legal authorization to work in Norway is required
