Responsibilities

Investor & Analyst Engagement: Build relationships with investors, analysts, and capital markets stakeholders.
Financial Communication: Lead quarterly reporting, earnings calls, investor presentations, press releases, and stock exchange announcements.
Capital Markets Activities: Plan investor meetings, roadshows, conferences with CEO and CFO.
Equity Story & Market Insights: Shape equity story, analyze market trends and investor sentiment.
Business Insight & Performance Tracking: Translate company insights into investor communication.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Compliance, Communications, and regions.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure handling of market-sensitive information and regulatory compliance.
