Job summary

Onyx Technologies Group is seeking a Capital Strategy & Investor Relations Lead to work directly with the CEO, shaping venture capital funding, grants, accelerators, and growth-capital opportunities while building credible investor relationships locally and internationally.

You will build pipelines, prepare investor materials, coordinate meetings, and collaborate with Finance on forecasts and use-of-funds models to support the next growth phase.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Investment, or related field.
Practical knowledge of venture capital, startup fundraising, investment banking, PE, corporate finance or IR.
Strong financial analysis, research, presentation, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Build and manage investor, funding, grant, accelerator, and strategic-capital pipeline.
Research and qualify venture capital firms, angel investors, family offices, development-finance programs, and strategic partners.
Develop relationships with investors and ecosystem partners locally and internationally.
Prepare investor presentations, funding proposals, investment memoranda, and fundraising materials.
