Job summary

State Street in Oslo is seeking a Performance Analyst to lead attribution and portfolio performance measurement, reconciling data across sources and validating at the transaction, position, and pricing levels.

You will collaborate with Global Performance Measurement and Risk, Operations, and IT to develop new reports, troubleshoot issues, and support quarterly close with clear, concise communication.

Qualifications

• Post Graduate, preferably an MBA in Finance from a reputed institute.
• FRM/CFA/Financial industry related certification is an added advantage.
• Fresher/Experienced candidate with 2+ year post-graduation experience in any financial firm.
• Experience in Performance Measurement will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Performance analysis and Attribution (absolute and relative portfolio performance) across factors.
• Reconcile and update portfolio/benchmark performance and validate discrepancies.
• Retrieve, validate and upload data from various source/vendor systems to department tools.
• Validate completeness and accuracy of data in performance, risk, and analytics tools.
• Answer questions from other analysts, PMs and users regarding performance calculations and auditing procedures.
