Job summary

BI Norwegian Business School seeks an Advisor for the International Office to coordinate the BI International Summer School and related activities. The role is a temporary position from December 2026 to mid-April 2028, based in Oslo, and requires strong organizational and communication skills in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Relevant higher education degree, preferably within higher ed administration, business, communications, or project management.
• Experience with program or project management.
• Experience in working with international students, exchange programmes, or summer schools is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple processes, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with students, academic staff, administrative colleagues, international partners and external suppliers.
• Strong service orientation and a genuine interest in creating a positive student experience.
