Zusammenfassung

BI Norwegian Business School is seeking an Advisor International Office for a temporary position from December 2026 to mid-April 2028. The International Relations Office coordinates BI’s international summer school and works to strengthen BI’s global partnerships and student experiences.

The role focuses on planning, recruitment, admissions, student administration, and ongoing program development, with emphasis on collaboration with students, staff, and external partners.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant higher education degree, preferably within higher ed administration, business, communications, or project management.
• Experience with program or project management.
• Experience in working with international students, exchange programmes, or summer schools is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple processes, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with students, academic staff, administrative colleagues, international partners and external suppliers.
• Strong service orientation and a genuine interest in creating a positive student experience.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from planning through implementation and evaluation.
• Digital & Data Literacy: Proficient with administrative systems and skilled at using data and student feedback to drive improvements.
• Service Mindset & Adaptability: Student-focused, service-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Languages: Fluent written and verbal English; Norwegian proficiency is an advantage.
